"Why have biometrics or a password to login if every single time you still have to answer your security questions? UPDATE 09-24-21: Now I can't sign in at all. Update 12-20-21: Again the apps offer biometrics, but doesn't use the feature. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO USE A FEATURE THEN DON'T OFFER IT!!! Also why does a banking app have ads? I have Chase bank as my personal bank and their app doesn't have ads. And again this app has crashed. I open it and it just stays on the startup screen."
